The VBGW110304-2S CD6100 is a high-precision, 35-degree rhombic PCBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride) turning insert engineered for high-speed fine finishing and hard turning of Hardened Steel (HRC 45–65), High-Chromium Cast Iron, and Powder Metallurgy Metals. Featuring a 0.4mm nose radius and 2 fully indexable solid CBN cutting tips (-2S), this G-class ground insert delivers incredible hot hardness, superior thermal shock resistance, and extreme wear resistance. It allows CNC operators to replace costly, time-consuming cylindrical grinding operations with high-efficiency direct hard turning.
