The WNMA080408 CD3105 is a heavy-duty, double-sided 80° trigon negative turning insert engineered specifically for high-speed, continuous turning and finishing of highly abrasive ISO K-Class materials (Grey Cast Iron, High-Alloy Cast Iron, and Nodular/Ductile Iron). Featuring a classic flat-top design (A), this insert provides maximum cutting edge support and rigid mass, making it impervious to the micro-chipping caused by hard inclusions. Paired with the ultra-hard CD3105 CVD-coated grade, it delivers market-leading wear resistance and thermal stability under high-velocity dry or wet cutting.
