The VCGT160402-1S is a professional-grade Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) insert engineered for ultra-high-speed finishing of non-ferrous metals and abrasive non-metallic materials. Featuring a 35° rhombic shape with a positive rake angle, this insert is designed to minimize cutting forces and prevent "built-up edge" (BUE), resulting in a superior surface finish.
